I'm betting that we get back to the $.20/quarter divvie by the end of 2022. Share price at that time will be around $6

Yes Great News for MFA shareholders again: The dividend increase from $0.075 to $0.10 just gave us a 33.3% Dividend Income increase. Of the 6 REITS long MFA has outperformed my Income expectations the most, so far this year the most and will will be rewarded with more share buys. IMHO, growth will follow.
Long for Income and Growth potential, Happy Investing!

Hard to believe this Nairb 'guy' is making such a fuss on a stock he lost $5 on.

Who spends their free time trolling a financial stock site because you lose $5?

Anyone know how we can get a health and wellness check for Nairb? I mean it's only $5 and the time he has spent trolling on this site would have made him at least $30 at his $10 hourly rate.

    MFA $4.81

Completed another dividend swap on the opening for income appreciation with improved growth potential … looking forward:
    A) Sold MITT, with expected annual $0.28 dividend, now yielding 5.8% at $4.80 SP after increase.
    B) Bought MFA with those proceeds, now with expected annual $0.40 dividend, yielding 8.3% at $4.80 SP after increase. IMHO seems to reward MFA’s shareholders more.
Currently long 5 REITS all sizable profits had 7 June 1 in my Income with growth Portfolio.
Moving out of MITT now and adding more to MFA (both go X 6/29); dividend income increased by 43% ($0.12 = $0.40 - $0.28). IMHO, a better growth potential also exists with MFA.
I like to reward those REITS, and myself, with increased shares that perform for me as a shareholder. Longer just got stronger and Happy Investing!
