NEW YORK, April 15, 2024--MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE:MFA) (the "Company") announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $75 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.000% senior notes due 2029 (the "Notes"). The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on April 17, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing
