WiFi & Global License Under the Famous Motorola Brand: Minim, Inc., (NASDAQ: MINM)
Bullish

I would think Zoom purchases Minim with stock. Jeremy now owns both and has incentive to do what is in the best interest of both companies. Win win, but time will tell

Minim has keenly positioned the Motorola brand cable modems to lead the market, as they are still the only retail cable modem to meet Cable labs new low-latency standard, while Arcadyan is the only CPE maker to meet the standard. Could this open doors to operators to look at letting Motorola back into their CPE mix?
I expect gamers will be eager to get their hands on these, let's just hope the company can keep up with demand without needing to air freight again...

GREAT NEWS MINM will be listed on NASDAQ July 7. Better load up now before the listing attracts more buyers. This exposure to a broader market will increase interest in investors. Price should start climbing.
C
Did you guys sell? Nice price move and Zoom still undiscovered.
A
The company increased overhead and R&D expenses by about $2.5 million from last year, so here we are continuing to look forward to that long promised profitability.
Yet Minim brings in more revenue than Plume who's 2021 revenues were $29.2 million and taken in $550 million of additional capital this year at over a one billion valuation.
Nicole, the CMO made a great case at the end of the quarterly call, beginning around 27:00 for how Minim plans to be competitive against this well funded competition.
The new Cable modems incorporating low-latency and an improved ap will give Minim a strong horse in this race.
If Minim begins to make some wins with their bundled hardware/software package, they should command a valuation more in line with UI than NTGR.

Is it me or is this a miss on EPS? Selling the furniture (Zoom Name) doesn't count to me that is a one time gain.
A
I have a feeling we're going to have an action packed second half of the year with moving manufacturing to more profitable facilities outside China, a new CEO appointment, and several new product and service launches in the run-up to the holiday buying season.

Any thoughts on premarket activity?

Nice move this morning. Will it hold?

Are people day trading this stock ? It's been staying in the range of $2.95 to $3.25 for a while now swinging between these two prices. New products will soon be hitting the market. There is hope here with new management and new products.
