The order covers new production deliveries of Mikros' Adaptive Diagnostic Electronic Portable Testset (ADEPT) and is valued at $2.4 million. Year-to-date, Mikros has received $3.5 million in U.S. Navy ADEPT production awards. The ADEPT units will be produced at the Mikros Manufacturing and Depot Center in Largo, FL.
PRINCETON, N.J., Sept. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mikros Systems Corporation (MKRS) announced today that it has received funding of $548,000 from Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) for additional sustainment services for the Adaptive Diagnostic Electronic Portable Testset (ADEPT) workstation. Under the contract, Mikros Systems will install software performance enhancements and updates to ADEPT systems. Year-to-date, Mikros Systems has received over $3.2 million in U.S. Navy funding to support production, engineering and technical support of the ADEPT product line.

Mikros produces advanced maintenance systems for the Navy, including the ADEPT (Adaptive Diagnostic Electronic Portable Testset) Maintenance Automation Workstation and the ADSSS® (ADEPT Distance Support Sensor Suite) Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) system.
