Yee ha the batteries are officially being produced. Excellent news, let’s hope they have minimal issues with easy fine tuning of the first batch for testing.

SEF plant on track for fully-automated production of lithium-ion batteries by the end of June.

Goal at iM3NY is to produce 1GWh of cells in 2022.

According to Bloomberg NEF, the avg sale price per KWh in 2021 at the cell level was USD $97/KWh.

    That's $97,000,000/GWh

Watched a interview on Magnis Energy Technologies and was mentioned that for the iM3NY plant they would do a SPAC listing for the US Market since its a Australian based company. How does that effect this stock? since iM3NY revenue and etc. would all fall under a different ticker.

I've never seen a stock all over the map like this one. A lot of pump and dumping going on ? Never seems to be any news releases and when are they supposed to begin building those plants in New York and Australia ?

Magnis Energy Technologies has shares of 63.5% (directly and indirectly) in iM3NY, 33% in iM3TSV, and 100% of the Tanzania Graphite Asset. Magnis’ biggest strengths are the high performance and lower costs of its battery.
The battery, to be produced under a strategic partnership with C4V, a US-based designer and developer of batteries, offers an energy density that rivals state-of-the-art batteries but at a much lower cost.
That is due to the absence of exotic materials such as nickel or cobalt.
Furthermore, it has an extremely fast charge time of only 6 minutes for 85%.
The battery’s manufacturing process claims it can add 15%-20% energy density to any base chemistry.

Some claims that Magnis is being investigated, Magnis is denying the claims. Google for details.

for any doubters out there, wait till these batteries go into full production. Russia controls approx 30% of the world's nickel supply.

I think a boom might be coming down the pike here.

Magnis is in a trading halt on the ASX pending a release of an offtake agreement for the graphite mine which should be released Monday morning. The offtake agreement is massive.
