The Programmable Search Engine (PSE) is a derivative of the MoSys high-speed serial memory family that integrates 32 multi-threaded cores with 1Gbit of high-speed memory. With interface capability up to 25Gb/s per lane, the interface bandwidth can scale to over 800Mb/s. The internal memory architecture consists of SRAM class memory cells with 3ns tRC and partitioned memory blocks totaling 1Gbit with internal memory access rates of up to 10 billion memory transactions per second. Programmable cores provide greater flexibility to customize the device to support different types of algorithms and functions.
