Senior Management quitting over drop downs form MPC to MPLX. What did Mark West think was going to happen? Mark West Executive quitting.
What do the accelerated drop downs really mean for long time MPLX holders?
Thanks for the for the VALENTINE'S DAY PRESENT
There are some things that simply make ya' feel good. For example, MPLX hitting a new 52 week high today. And knowing that not too long ago the CLOWN OF STOCKS "KRAMER" told viewers NOT TO BUY INTO MPLX, The coming Drop Down.
Read John Fox's letter. He makes sense to me. Why put refining assets into MPLX at 7-9x ebita? Not good for MPLX.
this stock has a lot of long term potential, however for right now it is extremely risky owning it as one day you are going to wake up and see that the price has dropped 3.00 per share as they are issuing 20 million shares of stock at 29.00 to pay for a dropdown from MPC. So if you are patient then you should sit on the sidelines and purchase this stock at about 28.00 after the announcemnet. Having a large position in it right now is something that makes no sense as sometime in the next year you are going to have a drop that is going to exceed the distribution that you have gotten. After that stock issuance it should be safe to purchase the stock.
Ray - might drop 3-4% for a week but historically the discount offered to sell the units is recovered. Not sure where you figure dilution since the assets being dropped to MPLX will have enough cash flow to increase distribution on all units.
dear Lord please do not let Hillary and & warren learn about MPLX's success and DOUBLE PLEASE DO NOT LET "KRAMER" BEIG TO LIKE MPLX. AMEN
ULTIMETESTOCKALERTS has been on fire. I just banked hard on their last alert. Sign up today and watch.
The STOCKTRADERPROFIT (Google them) recently updated analysis for MPLX
Well boyz'n girls, it's been 3 months since the last (same) announcement. So much for the "double digit" growth forecast after being reduced from 25% after the buyout. It will be an interesting CC. Don't know what the elections will bring....still waiting for HRC to say "let them eat cake!". I confess to being an orphan voter...a Libertarian with no one to vote for. A free nation without laws cannot survive....
wow, MPLX down, everything else up. Analysts dumping due to high debt load??
Lookie there boys n girls, another stellar performance! Heck, at this rate the distribution will have grown by $.02 per quarter by the end of this year and I don't think we even paid any IDRs this quarter. Bet there were some heated arguments about the "increase", PR only.
