Dividend increase to 28 cents per Quarter.......$1.12 per year. Thanks for the 4% raise. Twice the rate of inflation. Let’s do this again in September.

Never complain about a dividend increase.

Was fortunate enough to purchase at $15.65 yield (>6%). Wish I had bought more.
Divy will most likely be increase this time around. MPW will most likely hit $25-27 this yield. If it ever drops in the teens I will be buying more.

FCPT.......2020 NFFO $1.44 per share. $28 per share, $1,27 dividend. MPW 2020 NFFO $1.57 per share. $22 per share? $1.07 dividend? What’s the deal?

Based on jump in NFFO this business should be at least $25 by Q2 this year. Div increase will follow once the dust settles. MPW is opportunistic on acquiring new assets when valuations are attractive today. Why distribute more when you can make accretive acquisitions today!
    Bullish

The market is anticipating a hike in the payout. IMO. Should know in about a week......or less.

At $22+, the yield is into the 'who cares' range (<5%), If they don't increase the dividend, I'm out.

Every one is happy now that price is trending up. I am concerned.
Did these guys forget we are a REIT?
Cash flow up 21%, balance sheet doubles and what do we show?
THREE dilutive secondaries and 4% raise.
Seems like others are benefiting more than the stock holders.

Hey, growth is fine, income matters and dilution s***s.

Looking for solid safe divy investment for ROTH

What would it take for this to move?
5% yield in a 0% environment all while growing ffo by 21%.

What more does the market want?

Excellently ran. Little signs of weakness. Happy to get in around 16 but this range is fine for adding to the long term position
