MainSource Financial Group, Inc. operates as the bank holding company for MainSource Bank that provides a range of financial services in the United States. The company accepts deposit products, including checking, savings, term certificate accounts, and time and transaction deposits. It also offers various loans, such as consumer, commercial, agribusiness, real estate mortgage, and installment loans. In addition, the company rents safe deposit facilities; and provides personal and corporate trust services, as well as other corporate services comprising letters of credit and repurchase agreements. As of December 31, 2015, it operated 90 branch banking offices in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky. MainSource Financial Group, Inc. was founded in 1906 and is headquartered in Greensburg, Indiana.
