Emerson was getting about 2 posts a year as of 2 years ago and suddenly dozens of posts, many with false information. It is a Hong Kong shell company that makes nothing, it buys inexpensive things such as radios, small microwaves, small refrigerators from low bidder Chinese manufacturers and puts an Emerson name on them. They depend on big retailers stocking Emerson items. As of 2016 most sales were from Target and Walmart stores but then in 2017 Target went to zero and sales dropped way down. Now their 2 biggest retailers are 44% Walmart and 25% Amazon. Sales were over 200M through 2011, 70M in 2014, 21M in 2017 and only 6M in 2020. Their main asset is over a dollar a share in cash but with huge decrease in sales they lost $.20 a share in 2020. A couple more years like that and the cash is gone and the company is gone.

    $MSN - COULD SOON FOLLOW.

Just like $KOSS, and American Company in the same sector with a low float but better fundamentals. $MSN could be very interesting once it's found by traders. Get in early before it get crowded.

MSN ready to run. Today was just a warm up. In case you're wondering
why we are down after-hours.. Hedge fund managers, Short sellers, and Market Makers are using their extended hour trading to scare retail traders (You) off. Most retail traders (You) lack the ability to trade before and after the market opens/closes. This is why it is currently down. Once retail traders (You) are able to get back in at market open tomorrow, this will again go up. This is an attempt to scare ppl away from the stock. It will happen every single evening for the next several days so be prepared for this. If it is to stressful for you, please put away your phone/computer and check again in the morning. COPY AND PASTE THIS SO EVERYONE KNOWS THE TRUTH

Emerson has basically 2 assets, (1) about $1.25 a share in cash from years past when they had several 10's of millions of sales and the brand name "Emerson." If there is any remaining value in the name (very doubtful) then the company should sell it and liquidate so the shareholders get something before the share price dwindles to zero. With only $6M in sales in FY2020 they are only 1 notch away from shutting down and it costs around $0.25 a share a year for the US corporate office expenses so the sooner they liquidate the more likelihood that some of the cash can go to the shareholders. I don't think they will liquidate and distribute the cash so unless they somehow get new retailers to sell Emerson branded low bidder Chinese merchandise then odds are that eventually shareholders will be left holding the bag. Target used to be over 40% of sales but they dropped Emerson. Walmart has been 2nd biggest seller but they greatly reduced their purchase of Emerson products in 2020. A quarter of their sales in 2020 were from Amazon. Maybe Emerson should tell Amazon that they are for sale and Amazon then can own the name Emerson (if it has any value)? An Emerson purchase by Amazon would be from Amazon's petty cash drawer as it would be a microscopic deal for them.
