I guess they just got a 75 million deal from 8k filing. I'm sure terms will come out in a day or 2. Probably going to be 2 or 3 quarters before we start seeing some results.

This is a poorly managed company. It wins projects and then lose money on them; clear indication of bad planning and execution.

What are the chances of matrix company(mtrx)getting bought out this year? Some nice contracts last few weeks plenty of repeat/no debt work from the federal gov bill/upgrade in the electrical grid/the storage tanks maint work i'm sure will be picking up/ the agreement with chart has to be kicking in by now wouldn't surprise me if chart takes them out or makes a big capital investment. Book value is about 10 on this stock.
On top of this the LNG market is looking good for them

I say 75% they will be taken over this year.
