Another walk down memory lane.... nbev sold off its retail beverage business (kombucha, Marley, Xing tea), and with it, its retail presence. This was at a time they were touting their "omni-channel" business model of retail, online and direct-to- consumer (fancy word for multi-level marketing using Independent Product Consultants). In order to overcome this obvious predicament of touting an omni-channel business model while getting rid of their retail presence. The company opened up a Noni cafe in Japan instead of changing its marketing materials. There was a grand opening of this retail cafe and of course suggestions of a bright future with this new direction. Now fast forward almost 2 years and no updates from the company.

A trip down memory lane... " New Age Beverages Corporation Receives Unprecedented Response At NACS To Its CBD-Infused Portfolio
    October 16, 2018
DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / October 16, 2018 / NEW AGE BEVERAGES CORPORATION (NASDAQ: NBEV), the Colorado-based organic and natural healthy functional beverage company focused on becoming the world's leading healthy beverage company, today announced that the results of its CBD-infused portfolio released during the North American Convenience Store show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, October 7-10, 2018.

New Age was the 2nd most visited and searched booth out of 1,259 exhibitors at the show and ranked in the 100th percentile in terms of booth popularity, despite debuting their new CBD-Infused products offsite at the hotel connected to the convention center. At NACS New Age displayed their full portfolio of one-stop-shop healthy beverages and unveiled their "Live Healthy" campaign at the same time to unprecedented response and outranking some of the major other food and beverage companies at the show including Coca-Cola, Red-Bull, Monster, AB InBev, Campbells, and more than 1,000 others."

"Since October 2018, over 125,000 national accounts and distributors have signed on to sell Marley+CBD Mellow Mood. Significant demand for CBD drinks is expected in 2019, with the U.S. market for CBD drinks expected to reach $260 million by 2022, according to analysts at Canaccord Genuity.

At last week’s Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, New Age Beverages received orders and pre-orders from grocery retailers across the U.S., regardless of location and including international orders. FamilyMart stores, based in Japan, will also carry the product, which will start shipping in March, Willis said."

WOW. NBEV is a disaster. Stock keeps falling. Every time Brent reorganizes the company are start gaining confidence this will turn around. But stock keeps falling. I do like the last quarter report. but can they continue building. I doubt it. No one has confidence as Brent as CEO. I think if NBEV fire Brent the stock price would double. I don't think the products are the problem. I have tried some of NBEV products and they are good. We will see. Good luck.

wonder whats next for bw? after numerous failed aqusitions , each pumped to the max, countless failed product launches that were promised high hopes, whats left? certainly not credibility.... ariix and morinda sold for a reason, neither meet expectations and received less due to the creative agreements. this might be Brent's only slick move to date. can't imagine these 400k home moms aren't getting flack from pushing overpriced products. 500k in sales is less than 1200 in sales per... this just making a few hundred bucks a year. not going to pay any bills with this. my guess is they are withering from promises like investors have been through. won't be long, stock price and volumes show a pattern of problems, might be more to this story than we know..

anyone else picking up the thought this price action might be due to something that hasn't been released? while I am not a fan, this is dropping hard after the first earnings report with any green. knowing the history here and lack of transparency, is there something lurking?

What does this tell you when NBEV has record revenues this past quarter of 62 million. But stock continuously goes down. We are near 52 week low with market at all time highs. I still have my shares but giving up hope. They should fire Brent. NBEV does have a lot of potential, but needs new leadership. Good luck.

it doesn't look like positive earnings will even turn the tide likely do to the lack of prior transparency. ceo removal might be the only path upwards. the board needs to man up...

Nbev is a small player in a mature industry. Its news no longer moves the needle. Ordinary business operations won't impact the stock price significantly. It looks like the price will just gradually go down or maybe reverse trend and gradually go up. Regardless, it's idle money investing here. Why not wait until a trend reversal at least and invest elsewhere that is trending up.

I couldn’t take it anymore, I bailed last Friday. I’d wish you luck but you’ll need more than that. This company bites!

As soon as I started to buy $1.90, it broke through the support that was held for long time. Then I bought $1.70 it broke through support again.. This has been my 21 years experience in stock market. Every stock I buy 95% crashes, and crashes multiple times even while the market skyrocketing highs.

There is not a single Cannabis stock that is trading below it's revenue, ONLY $NBEV trading nearly half it's revenue, and it's growing 94%, no balance sheet problems, has plenty cash..

This thing steadily declined 25% in a month. There has been normal volume and a gradual trend (no spikes). I look at fundamentals so will ask if anyone sees any future reversal in technicals?

Hmmm, Fred Cooper is ceo of Kwikclick. Is this the same Fred Cooper who was ceo of Ariix and a board member of NBEV? Sounds like the Ariix sales platform development project was not included in the merger but instead taken by Fred so he could sell it back. This NBEV press release is more a marketing piece for Kwikclick than anything else. The buddy system is profiting off the shareholders.

Would you amateurs just shut up, it doesn't mater what the stock price is in relation to history. Look at the market cap history, it has been much much lower in the past 12 months.

What could be a catalyst in the near future to turn this trend around? Unfortunately, I don't see anything significant happening. This company is spread so thin geographically, with products and with independent product consultants that no new introduction will move the sales needle. The costs are pretty set with corporate, contract manufacturing and shipping. The only significant catalyst would be in the form of a merger/acquisition but those have had diminishing impact over the last two years since all the hope and promise has been unrealized. This company may continue to offer work and paychecks to it's employees , but there are so many companies that offer a better investment opportunity.
