As shareholders, don't miss this opportunity to vote. I am disgusted with this Management team...the worst ever. Make sure you vote and let them know how bad they really are. Nothing will happen unless shareholders are heard. I let them know loud and clear!

That was a really bad quarterly performance...looks as though they're going to need to add liquidity sooner... like this quarter or at very latest next for they'll have no cash on hand. What they should look to now do is sell a segment of the business, and/or do a preferred issuance which can later be taken out when times improve. They added goodwill of about $24 million to cushion this report and even then it was awful.

I am thinking that if we look at common sentiment, this decrease, or leveraging with prices, has occurred already.
Company is traiding with low valuation and expectation levels are low. My counterside opinion is that tech and hometraining are in upstream trend, but we don't see that because we compare to corona level excessive figures. Underlying parameters are significantly better than before corona. Also NLS is far more advanced product wise, they are well segmented in all categories and their products are offering great value for end users.
What it comes to expense side, their heavy investments to marketing will start to pay off during the next few quarters. Its essential to build brand ans get visibility. Demand have perhaps already picked up and if we consider Q1, that's also where people make promises to rectify their physical condition and they are seeking comfortable ways to train.
In general, it's hard to say when demand will pick up, but there is great chance that it will. It appears that this stock is suffering similar post-traumatic pandemic reaction than e.g. what several service domain stocks experienced during pandemic. Simply oversold with no visibility to mid-term market development.
I believe that if you want to be a forerunner, you need to figure out spots like this. We will see.

I'd like to see some home ninja equipment. Memberships to ninja gyms are expensive.

what is total exec management compensation including the bloated board as compared to regular employees?

management seems content with their performance. disgraceful

they failed to utilize the shelf at the high (which they put out due to fear of a potential takeover)

the stock never recovered after said shelf filing

and now they cant raise cash without massive dilution

cant wait till we see the new options issued to management at this price which if and when the stock rises they will gladly sell

This is an overreaction. Based on AH, this should only have a market cap of $60m, way to low.

Easy buyout candidate for peleton or Apple

This is oversold and abdolutebargain at 2.55$ per share. Look, People are going back to gyms and also train at home experience is increasingly popular. Technology is bringing experience to new level and NLS is well positioned forerunner on tech front.

I am expecting positive results on next week CC and this is excellent entrypoint as expectations are low.

Is a p/e ratio of 0.95 considered good? How about Price/Book (mrq) of 0.48?
    Bullish

You just lost parity. Your debt load now exceeds your market cap. That's never a good thing.
Blame Peloton for leading the cliff dive ?

Picked up my sold shares again today. Zacks upgraded it to Buy. Short ratio is 6. Short interest is 15%. Book value is >5. This is a no brainer. They have great brands. Survived for decades. Easy double from here. BUY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN NOW. Even if the index goes down by another 20%, this won't go down from here as it is already down heavily. NLS will get back its good old days.

You gonna hate me for this but going pre pandemic price. I will buy around 1.50. We still got 20% Nasdaq to go down.

At the end of the day look at the numbers and you will realize NLS is a better business. peloton will either trade sub $1 or be bought out by NLS on the move down

The recall may be the last straw for NLS; hope not.

so i guess the takeaway is that we only go up when the market tanks over a thousand points....

Just hold this for the long term. I'm in at 10 and expect there will be a run sometime in the future to 20+, so might add or buy some call options. Why sell your stocks at a loss when history shows to just wait until the next catalyst - weeks / years - no way to tell when things will change but they will. This company is no fomo PTON and has managed to stay in business for 36 years.
