I would suggest that everyone finds a way to download the zip file in its entirety. There is still no definitive answer as to if the shares being transferred are our shares. I am of the opinion that they are. but we can all draw our OWN conclusion. The most comforting fact is that we will know very shortly as the share structure, reorganization, etc has now been completed. GLTA.

Position of PLC as creditor of the ADGM Entities
Other than being a shareholder of the ADGM Entities, PLC is also a creditor of the ADGM Entities in relation to the intercompany balances due from certain of the ADGM Entities to PLC. In this respect, PLC, in its capacity as a creditor, has submitted claims in the relevant insolvency processes of the ADGM Entities and will receive repayment in relation to the debt instruments it receives under DOCA if the New Group is sold or re-financed. The level of that distribution will be modest compared to the overall unsecured liabilities of PLC to its creditors.
The PLC Administrators have also undertaken direct asset realisation work in relation to directly owned PLC assets as reported in the PLC Administrators’ progress report to creditors which is available via the Portal and filed on Companies House in the UK. Wider investigation and asset recovery work is continuing in relation to PLC in the interests of PLC’s creditors. The PLC Administrators are carrying out their functions properly in accordance with their statutory duties and the English insolvency legislation which applies to the administration of PLC.
It is also important to note that the administration is a Court appointed role and so the Joint Administrators of PLC have been subject to the supervision of the UK Court and the Joint Administrators of the ADGM entities have been subject to the oversight of the ADGM Court. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
    Kind regards,
For and on behalf of the Joint Administrators of NMC Health Plc.
This is copy and paste from an email I received from the Administrators. How do you understand this?

Fun stuff. Today a $2 purchase (100 shares @ .02) increased the market cap of our “stock” (whatever it is) by over $2 million. I wish that could happen to my other stocks.

It’s true that they can’t estimate the dividend for shareholders because they don’t know how much they can get from litigation. The more they get from litigation, the better return for creditors and shareholders. It’ll take time to see the results.

The way I read Doc 10, about the number of shares, is that a supplemental sale was conducted where 212m shares were sold to the investment agent for $298m, or approx $1.40 per share, representing about 13.25% of issued share capitol. 212 shares is 13.25% of 1.6b shares. Estimated market cap at $2.24b.

I’ll be the first to admit that I really don’t know how to interrupt these doc’s. I just thought I’d throw this out for discussion.

    “The current position
By way of update, the Joint Administrators are continuing to review the debt position of the Company and its subsidiaries and investigate the allegations of fraud with a view to recover value for creditors. Due to the complex nature of the administration, we consider that a meaningful estimate of a dividend prospect for shareholders cannot be made at this time. For your reference, the Joint Administrators Proposals and Progress Reports can be found on the Portal.”
This is message I received in February, just wanting to share with you.
