I don't think that NMRK has another 10% in gains in it. Looks pretty bad here. I actually found (http://Achieverspot.tech) the other day and their stocks are way better...

Newmark must be making a lot of money if you can believe this headline from Crain's

Manhattan rents soar for third straight month—hitting $5,113 on average

Besides a fantastic outlook going forward, when did you ever hear of a company about to receive over $800,000,000 in assets that was not even listed on the books as a receivable or an asset? In addition, practically no tax implications on the revenue which can be used by NMRK for any reason such as stock buyback, reduction of debt or expansion. This stock has so much potential as more and more people become aware of what is going on. Good luck to all the investors and enjoy the ride we are about to have.

RJ Express: Bloomberg Reporting Newmark Rebuffs Cushman Bid
    OCTOBER 6, 2020 | 2:35 PM EDT
    EXPRESS
This afternoon Bloomberg is reporting that Outperform-rated Cushman and Wakefield recently approached Outperform-rated Newmark Group
about a potential acquisition but was rebuffed. Neither firm has publicly commented on the report. A few quick thoughts:
    ● We recently published a research note detailing Newmark's very attractive valuation. We don't think this valuation is lost on Cushman and
    other competitors.
    ● Cushman has grown substantially via acquisitions in recent years such that it is the highest levered CRE service provider in our coverage with a
debt/TTM EBITDA of 3.7x as of 2Q20, with that leverage likely heading higher as strong results in 2H19 are lapped. As such, Cushman's capacity
to use debt to finance an acquisition is likely somewhat limited, meaning any deal might contain a significant equity component.
    ● Chairman Howard Lutnick, via former parent entity Cantor Fitzgerald's Class B shares as well as directly-owned Class A shares, controls ~60%
of Newmark's voting rights. We strongly suspect his view is that Newmark is currently substantially undervalued and, as such, there could be
a very wide bid-ask spread between what Cushman might be willing to pay and what Newmark might be willing to accept.
    ● Strategically, an acquisition of Newmark would make sense. It would push Cushman up the U.S. capital markets league table to fight for the
#1 spot with CBRE Group, including substantially bulking up its multi-family brokerage business while adding multi-family origination and
servicing capabilities. While 1+1 doesn't always equal 2 on the revenue side in CRE brokerage consolidation as some brokers get crowded out
and depart, at Newmark's valuation Cushman would likely deem this risk to be acceptable.

$22 PT issued today by a group I never heard of. Actually, unless the market falls apart, $22 IS a reasonable target for the next 12 months....NMRK is underpriced vs other real estate operators in this space....plus they will soon (I hope) be delivered $800,000,000 from NDAQ "gift" and you can do a lot of things with that kind of money: reduce debt, make acquisitions, buy back shares, return dividends to pre-COVID levels.

Good Day to All, I am a new shareholder and would like to join the conversation. I believe that this Stock is undervalued and will pop as we come out of Covid. After all their IPO was widely received @ ~ $15. I am particularly interested in the company's early interest in Flex-Office Space and whether the demand will increase exponentially in 2021 - 2022. All comments welcome . Good Luck to All (GLTA) .

One of the few companies that is reporting impressive YoY growth AND beating WS estimates...and the stock is selling off, albeit, on light volume. Crazy times to invest in...SMH. As someone who works in the CRE industry and sees NMRK's dominance and growth first-hand, I'm gratefully buying more here.

"NMRK reported quarterly earnings of $0.30 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.28 by 7.14 percent. This is a 20 percent increase over earnings of $0.25 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $551.478 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $513.62 million by 7.37 percent. This is a 18.19 percent increase over sales of $466.619 million the same period last year."

That was a powerfully refreshing call, I'm especially intrigued about the $850 MM in NDAQ shares they are about to take down, with apparently minimal tax liability attached.

I'm noticing more and more articles published on Newmark. Not only is this great for the next earnings call, I can't help but think this will grow in popularity among retail investors where more money will pour into the stock price.

    Hi all.

Do we know what "receiving about "$30 million" in cash from their Nasdaq shares" means? They mentioned this in their earnings presentation and I am not sure.
    Bullish
