    Announcement of Periodic Review: Moody's announces completion of a periodic review of ratings of NN Group N.V.Global Credit Research - 24 Jan 2022Frankfurt am Main, January 24, 2022 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has completed a periodic review of the ratings of NN Group N.V. and other ratings that are associated with the same analytical unit. The review was conducted through a portfolio review discussion held on 18 January 2022 in which Moody's reassessed the appropriateness of the ratings in the context of the relevant principal methodology (ies), recent developments, and a comparison of the financial and operating profile to similarly rated peers. Since 1 January 2019, Moody's practice has been to issue a press release following each periodic review to announce its completion.This publication does not announce a credit rating action and is not an indication of whether or not a credit rating action is likely in the near future.

    Goldman Sachs to Buy Europe's NN Investment Partners for $1.9 Billion

    Goldman Sachs Group said Thursday it agreed to buy European asset manager NN Investment Partners from NN Group N.V. for about $1.9 billion. Based in the Hague, Netherlands, NN Investment Partners has about $355 billion in assets under supervision and roughly $70 billion in assets under advice. The company has more than 900 employees in 15 countries and they will join Goldman Sachs Asset Management following the closing of the transaction.
