The rating agencies will upgrade soon to reflect the significant deleveraging resulting from the $825 million Life Sciences division sale. I speculate that the other divisions are going to be sold sometime soon. Current valuation gives significant upside. Shorts are in charge for now until the closing of the Life Sciences division. They will hold here for a while to flush out the impatient longs.

Collect the dividend and wait it out in this volatile market. This will eventually move to 11-12 $ easy from here.

As perhaps the only shareholder here with a profit currently, I wonder why they don't institute a buyback? Is there something which prohibits it, other than the fear of being shamed by those who bought into the recent offering?

NN Inc has a lot of debt, It stands at about $900,000,000 after then company reduced it by $200,000,000 by increasing the number of shares by about 50% in September. Based on generally accepted accounting principles, GAAP, NN Inc. has only annual losses. With rising interest rates there is the potential for shareholders being left with worthless paper. I once owned NN shares when it was a ball bearing company and still follow it as closely as I can. Management needs to address how it will continue to reduce debt or shareholders may find themselves in a financial hole that they can't get out of.

    It is way way oversold.

They expect 1.25 EPS. Even at a conservative 8 X eps this should be $10 stock

This company has been looted by manipulation since it was founded. The 200M market cap company just sold of 1/3 of it's business for 825M and it still has debt?
I am happy to see management showing the true value of this company. Just sell off the rest for 1.875B and all us shareholders will be happy.

Officers in NN received stock on feb. 20 at $9.50. If a hostile takeover is being attempted they are not selling below $6.00. Would you?

Even with the low value of 1B for the rest of the business, you get $20-25 per share. Time to load up, don't care about the short, now the debt gone, this has to go up sooner or later.
