NN, Inc., a diversified industrial company, designs and manufactures high-precision components and assemblies in the United States, China, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and internationally. It operates through Mobile Solutions, Power Solutions, and Life Sciences segments. The Mobile Solutions segment manufactures precision metal components and sub-assemblies for the automotive and general industrial end markets. The Power Solutions segment manufactures various products, including electrical contacts, connectors, contact assemblies, and precision stampings for the electrical end market; and high precision products for the aerospace and defense end markets. The Life Sciences segment manufactures various components, assemblies, and instruments, such as surgical knives, bioresorbable implants, surgical staples, cases and trays, orthopedic implants and tools, laparoscopic devices, and drug delivery devices for the medical and life sciences end markets. NN, Inc. was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
