Per today's 10K: 11 patients now enrolled (up from 8). Average days per enrollment just under 60. 17 sites currently open (down from 18). They estimate they have enough cash to operate through Q2 2023.

Peer review article validates company reports on outcomes of INSPIRE trial success. Not new info just verified the results and that reversals of improvement did not occur. Many more than expected patients converted from total paralysis but some had adverse level changes. Overall outcome exceeded the FDA objective performance criteria. INSPIRE2 is still stalled awaiting new enrollments. If INSPIRE2 HAD outcomes comparable to INSPIRE this stock would be a high flyer. Nobody knows if or when that could happen.

New to this stock - can anyone share what’s expected, why the target is so high - is it accurate? Any rumours of rs? Thanks all

Question: What do NVIV and MRNA have in common?

Answer: They both have Dr. Bob Langer on their scientific advisory boards

Langer is the brain behind NVIVs scaffold, the co-founder of NVIV, and is known as the Thomas Edison of biomedical engineering.

NVIV is currently running a FDA regulated trial for the neuro spinal scaffold (NSS) which Langer developed in his lab at MIT and if you have followed the company for as long as I have, you know that the results in INSPIRE 1 were outstanding. Unfortunately Perrin did not heed the guidance of the FDA at the time for a control arm and the company had to hit the reset button and begin a new trial, INSPIRE 2.

INSPIRE 2 (current running FDA regulated trial) is coming along albeit slowly due to COVID but with 18 sites up and running, 8 out of 20 patients enrolled (as of Nov 2020), and with the vaccine now here, it's possible this company can complete enrollment and file for approval after almost a decade of that as the end goal- to get this into the clinic.

This company is trying to bring to market a device to help treat an area of unmet clinical need (spinal cord injury) with no effective treatments in healthcare today. With the scientific brainpower (Langer, Guest, et al), strong patent portfolio, pre-clinical and INSPIRE 1 results, and enough cash to get them through Q3 2022, it will be interesting to see what transpires.

I have not commented during the recent price volatility. Trading swings is not my game, but if you can profit from it great. I am happy when anyone profits from NVIV other than Toselli or the vulture finance companies he employs. If you made money during this period....awesome.

Just be careful of people (here, twitter, stocktwits) that talk about "News" or "somebody knows something". The company has only one trial of consequence, and it has completely stalled. There are no results to announce. They update the corporate presentation only when a dilution is at hand, or they have two patients to announce. The fact that they have not updated the corporate presentation since November suggests that at best, they have one undisclosed patient and are waiting on the second.

When they finally get that second patient, they will update the presentation and at the same time push the current timeline of 2Q2021 further out. In the glee of new patients, they will hope that nobody notices the new timeline. (Again, just my guess of how this plays out). Worse if they announce the new timeline without patients, but they may have to do this anyway.

Nobody is interested in publications of data from INSPIRE 1.0 that is nearing a decade old at this point. They are also not interested in a collaboration with a STEM cell company that was announced and forgotten years ago.

Trade wisely and good luck, just be careful of pumpers touting nonsense about imminent mythical "News" drops.

The discs in my cervical spine collapsed which allowed the vertebrae in my neck to crush the nerve that came off my spinal cord and ran down my left arm... My left arm is now partially paralyzed... I wonder if the NVIV implant could repair my damaged nerve and my paralysis....

The company is developing Neuro-Spinal Scaffold implant, an investigational bioresorbable polymer scaffold that is designed for the implantation at the site of injury within a spinal cord... Repair of damaged nerves and paralysis is a miracle... Amazing...

I am relatively new to NVIV and I have been reading the past and present posts. The risk reward is here but many shareholders here have seen a few r/s in the past that have burned them. The opportunity here could be the culmination of all the years of research and investments and the start of a new chapter for the company. Just take a look at what has happened to BNGO that is making shareholders jump for joy. Similar story in that long shareholders have been disappointed for a long time and finally there's validation of its technology and the stock is moving up. Even then, it may need cash and within weeks, two offerings that diluted shareholders but necessary for further investments for the company to go to the next level. Investors see that and the stock has recovered and move higher as we see the company's prospects come to fruition after all these years. Hope this happens for NVIV. God Bless and stay well.

There much better companies we could short squeeze after this one. Such as great biotech companies that literally save lives and are on the verge of bankruptcy due to high cost of R&D and lack of financial resources. If you want to give the short seller a lesson at least do it through biotech companies who save lives and add some moral to the story too 😅
Short selling a clothing brand does not hurt people but short selling biotech companies is so disgusting. Give short sellers of biotech companies a good lesson and send messages on WallStreetBet and ask them to choose biotech companies after this one. 🚀👍🏼

This company barely has any institutional sponsorship. The owner owns 50% of the shares. NVIV is a dud. Unless he pumps this stock, it ain't moving.
