$500 reward offered! I am offering a $500 reward to anyone that can produce a copy of O's lease agreement with any tenant in TX that will show the company has business interruption insurance that specifies the policy will pay for their rent due to the recent tragic weather in the state.

I asked for proof of this earlier today, but when asked for the "documents" I was told to do a Google search.

i did a covered call for 62.50 that expires this Friday. I'm never doing that again. I like this stock too much, unlike my worthless shares of T. Sorry, had to complain to someone lol.

Just a friendly reminder, O leases properties with a triple net lease. This means each tenant is responsible for insurance. Part of insurance includes business interruption coverage. If a business is temporarily closed bc of a storm, they can collect insurance money if they choose. Just like you have the choice to mute dummies on here

O gets 11% of their total rents from Texas and they have over 800 properties in the state alone. March will probably not be a good month for rent collection then due to the historic storm they are having in the state right now.

Some of the investors may want to wear their Depends when the next earnings report comes out.

Remember folks, I'm not short or long this stock so you can always trust my independence. Overall, I'm concerned about some of their top tenants. They have 42 leases with Regal Cinemas and 32 with AMC Theatres. Plus, 432 leases with 7-11 and we all know a lot of people are working from home and don't need to pump much gas.

Plus, the 1 year chart looks horrible. Sure glad I don't own the company now with a dividend of only 4.5%.

Ahh what a terrible day! After I sold all my position this morning, I wanted to buy back in at a lower price but just discovered that my broker Degiro stopped trading this REIT!

Friends, as a long-term expert investor, I know that I always look for high insider ownership when making my own stock decisions. I own about $300,000 worth of shares in an undervalued REIT and part of my decision was made because management owns about 15% of the company - so you know they are working on behalf of the shareholders and simply not trying to pad their compensation package.

Hope my information was helpful my friends!

Will O be a beneficiary of the AMC runup? I think I heard AMC released more offerings of stock once the short squeeze was on, so they'll have cash to pay their rents for a while.

It appears that Beavis is the bold new investor on this board, buying 1 share in O. Overall, I'm glad to see a 12 year old kid getting into the market so early in life. When Beavis collects his total dividend of $2.81 in the next year, here are a few things he can buy will all of the earnings.

    1) Child size cone at Dairy Queen
    2) Pack of baseball cards
    3) New comic book featuring Spider-Man
    4) A pack of generic Post-It Notes
    5) Happy Meal from McDonald's (if he has a coupon for $1 off)

Just so many options to choose from now!

pffff wow .. my purchase of 1500 shares at 57.8 is already paying off big time !! strong hold from now till we reach 70's (once corona is out of the picture) and get at least 4000 dollars of dividend in less than a year !

speaking of Barron's, it has a decent article on Icahn and BHC stock. He has 7.6% of shares acquired recently. Paulson has about the same and another hedge has a good position, too. Icahn will make a run at BHC to get stock price way up as he has been successful at in past many times.

I'm hoping to ride along, at some point cash out and then reinvest bigger sum in O. Just a thought. Wishing all only winner
