    Cost Basis ?
Own 430 O shares. Received my 43 shares of ONL at Fidelity today.
    As I type it's trading at $21.49 -$1.51 -6.57%
Will today's closing price be the cost basis ?

What is the implication of CVS closing 900 locations? O has 80+ leases, approximately 1.5% of assets.

Very nice dividend increase today, .12 cents annually. This company is as good as it gets for consistant dividend growth!

O has been forced to keep cutting the yield due to the problems at their malls.

Last year O's yield was over 7%. Now they've cut it to under 4. All the best, Brad.

    Wanting some opinions
My portfolio is 14% REITs thanks to FCD-UN.TO which is turning heavy industrial and residential.
Does it make sense to push it to 20 - 25% if I add O?
    I have 150 shares of FCD and thinking of around 10 - 20 O

will I be too heavy in REITS? or no cause O is a nice mix

The dividend "increase" is another gift from Realty Income.

The money came from their great business acumen. THIS IS A GREAT STOCK! All the best, the REAL Brad.

O's malls have boogers on the walls. I've personally seen most of the malls, and they are covered with boogers

People have stopped going to O's malls because it's gross to see boogers on the wall. All the best, Brad.

Has someone received a Orion office REIT share ? I though my bank account was hacked but then I called back my bank and they told me that O has done a spin off, what is that mean ?

About 50% of VEREIT's portfolio was Red Lobster restaurants.

Now O is stuck with these underperforming and vacant properties. Hahahahahaha All the best Brad

Orion showed up in my Vanguard account as WI

So I got 200 shares of Orion @ $23/share for "free" from the spin-off but saw that they supposedly went down $8/share that day. Not sure what that all translates to.

I'm fine getting the "free" shares as long as there's not a bigger corresponding drop in O's share price. If O drops $2.30/share it's a push, anything more and it's a loss.

Since the Vereit merger with the spin-off of Orion was announced/completed, did management ever say in their presentations or SEC filings what the expected dividend of Orion might be?

I have received a share of Orion for every 10 shares of O I own. can someone explain how the Orion shares were paid for since it wasn't my choice? surely not a freebie or is it? thanks in advance

It went from 25 to 18 in a week! You got hosed by management again. All the best, Brad.

This is sure working out well for shareholders.
As I understand it, the ONL spinoff will end up being a taxable event. So you get taxed on the transaction, & according to Fidelity, my ONL shares are already down 16.06%

wow, bought it up to a 4.24137931% fwd. yield- works for me, monthly, in my early retired increasing div paycheck IRA port...

Could’ve bought O for less than 50$/share on Feb 1, 2020. Add 22 months of reinvested dividends and that adds up to over a 50% gain in less than 2 years from a great well run company with minimal risk and reasonable continued upside growth.

    Not too shabby.

CVS Plans to Close 900 Stores !!! This is Bad news for O's low income malls because it adds to the glut of vacant retail space.

O plans to cut the dividend due to the escalating retail vacancies. All the best, Brad.
