It may not be possible that bankruptcy is an immediate process but mostly feasible.
These guys, they got used to diluting shares, hopping on debt, sitting in office and taking it easy. $RIG and its cousin $BORR both based in EU countries where woke is the new coke and showers are optional. Net result is erosion of fundamental business value justification whereby all assers are not created equal. Before long $OIS and $OII could issue challenges none can accept and path becomes clearer.

Think so now path to Chap 111 filing is more or less clear now with everyday new red.
These guys, they have 1.9 billion dept, no way to refinance, worse than $RIG and much more malnourished but still holding on as future looks bleak. Drilling activity gone to zero. If at all, buy $OIS and $HLX but not anything at all else one becomes too heavily loaded and unable to move.

With 10% drop every day, soon it will be 0 but may take 10-15 days to get the.
These guys, with CEO like SHORNE at $BORR and THUGPEN at $RIG is there any hope? not at all.
Way to run oil company - use stock as ATM. Pay your pals bonuses + salary increases each year while stock rots and investors suffer. Magic formula used by oil&gas industry!!
Ask management of DO, VAL, DNR, OAS, Seadrill, Chesapeake, Weatherford, Mcdermott, $OIS, $OII etc how they played this game for decades. Whey bankruptcy is so easy and all your debt is swapped for new clean debt, why bother with operating and financial performance!! Let investors get wiped out!!!

Consensus EPS is set to -0.6 when the last time it was -0.13 and they missed that.
Why would they now hit that much higher EPS?

All bankrupted oil companies will be gone soon obviously. Democrats out for them.
These guys, they wasted trillions in investor capital for 15 years. $RIG, $OII, $BORR, $OIS list is endless is it not. Many gave up because business is shrunk. Drilling is environmental disaster and planet must be saved. Why anyone will invest here is mystery. Some like DO, VAL, NBL, DNR, SDRL went bankrupt already.

EPS is still negative under a dollar, despite oil prices to the roof. What’s the tell….?

@Daniel so did you sell this $NINE or did you not? in your view, is this a good oil stock? What about $RIG, $FTI, $HLX, $OIS etc who are not doing too well either despite high oil prices.

Crude is well above $100. The rig count topped 750 last week. How come this this ticker is trading below $6? I understand the OFS business is only getting started after the pandemic washout and besides small caps like this one are heavily shorted in a bear market. Should play a catch up game unless something is fundementally wrong with their business. Tons of patience are needed here...waiting

Fuel prices in Europe are still going up.
The companies extracting fuel have a lot to do. I wonder what will happen in the America? What do you think?

The price of diesel hit $4 a gallon over the weekend for the first time in nearly eight years. And that means US consumers will soon be paying more for a wide range of goods. Lets face the facts that Key Executives at OIS are doing nothing to promote the stock no buyback or coverage on Wall Wall Street while milking the companies cash. Normally I would not touch a company like this however we are not in normal times. The American consumer is getting crushed at the pump and the grocery store Brandon even knows the price of chop meat. The trade is who will blink first and open up our oil production. The way the war in Ukraine is going Brandon might not have a choice and OIS would benefit. Stay tuned

OIS is making excellent progress. Pullback provides an opportunity. Already signed new contracts and expecting more with the rise in the price of oil.

Oil fell following wild price swings set off when a major index tracked by billions of dollars in funds said it would exit near-term contracts for fear prices may turn negative again.

Looking at technicals/historical price graph, this has a potential to go over 10 within couple months. Might be a good risk/reward stock.

Hi guys, can someone compare the financials of $CDEV (currently trading $0.82) with $OIS (Currently trading $3.29).I cant explain the price difference between them. Either CDEV is massively undervalued what i belive and why i am invested in CDEV or OIS is overvalued...
