Increase your dividend.Or your shares will sink more. My 12 year grandkid could run this Bank better.

It would actually be nice if management and Directors bought shares in the open market instead of just reporting their free shares granted under various benefit programs, including stock options, phantom options, etc which are dilutive to us the stockholders and owners of the bank. Their hasn’t been a real buy from any of them in years. Come on management, step up and buy!!!

New merger with First Midwest announced in a MOE creates a $45B midwest centered bank with est EPS of $1.68X13=$21.84 value. Stock down on news over increased exposure to Chicago area exposure. 22% earnings accretion for ONB. Should be good longer term

Update on the SE Appleton $ONB branch. Lots of construction all around the branch which closes later in April, they appear ready to turn it into the rumored strip club the city really needs. There used to be a strip club near the Fox River Mall but ironically it was razed and replaced by a bank. Should create some great traffic for restaurants and retail in the area.

It would help your share price if you would increase your dividend

Came across ONB in 1999 when we visited Indiana. Liked bank in Mt. Vernon. Eventually bought stock over the years. In the black right now. Loving Indiana, might end my days there. Many years ago I married an Indiana beauty, never regretted it. Have a feeling I'll feel the same about ONB.-Harry

Merger with First Midwest Bank has been a total disaster. Hold times of hours, branches standing room only, no one knows what happened to their money. I can't access my accounts.

Vanguard reported owning over 10% of ONB. Street estimates are way too low. I project up earnings/share in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Management increased stock buyback authorization. Looking for stock to trade into the low 20’s

And opened $ONB branch office downtown Milwaukee in space abandoned by $HBAN when they sold out to AssBank $ASB Wonder if they left any body bags behind? Must want to die from excess overhead.

Drove past SE Appleton branch today. Broker sign on lawn (Rollie Winter) which is a local broker. I called and left a message as this strip club really made sense for $ONB property. I might buy it and open one. Hope they left old teller counter in there, perfect stage.
