I posted this before but it disappeared. Optec's Financial Statements have come out. They changed year ends for some reason. I wish someone audited them last year.
Last year end, OPTI's Balance Sheet said it had $23 million dollars of inventory. Current year end it says they have $4 million. That would be ok but when looking at the statement of ops they sold inventory for less than what they paid for it. They took a $3.5 million dollar gross loss. A 15% loss on what they sold, not even breaking even. Net losses are $11million. I'd be willing to bet they lied last year end and never had $23 million in inventory. They inflated the number to make the company look much stronger. The only way to get it off the books is to sell it off and if it's a lower value then what they reported it as they had to take the loss in the current period.

So where is Ryan (blessed), Randy, where is Spider-man, and all the pumpers stealing your money together with Roger, RB Capital, Kevin Harrington, Dr. Drew, and many others. Where are the day traders playing along trying to scam people by pumping then dumbing? Hopefully, you will remember Diesel, apple and a handful of others trying to protect you! Company always was a scam once 200m now 3, going to zero!

If nothing happens to Roger from a legal perspective, I think I should start an OTC and pump and dump it up. No consequences, why not?

Has Roger started the buyback yet? Now would be a great time. Also, how about the 25 Million that is in escrow from completing 25% of the 2B contract?

RP- Mansion pool rules. Adult swim 1-2pm, SCAM Artists 2-3pm, Fraudsters 3-4pm- You should see how water logged RP looked from being the water for so long.

I jumped into this last month based on the "interest" in their fuel maximizer, but it seems like nothing is happening even with rising fuel costs. I'm glad I only put in $150
