Oracle suffers from being associated with old legacy tech giants like IBM, CSCO, HP, and thus it gets a low PE multiple and valuation. Yet is becoming increasingly cloud oriented, thus I propose a name change to usher in and emphasize to the street that cloud isn't only about AMZN, MSFT, and GOOG..... it's now about Oracloud too.
