Fund Summary

The investment seeks long term capital appreciation through exposure to global equity markets. The fund invests in exchange traded funds that invest in domestic and foreign (including emerging markets funds): (i) equity securities of any market capitalization (including common stock, preferred stock, REITs and MLPs, (ii) fixed income securities of any credit quality, duration or maturity, including corporate bonds, high-yield bonds, convertible bonds, treasuries and emerging markets bonds, and (iii) other income producing securities. It invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities.
