Recently came across PAE, despite previously working in defense contracting, and interested in their long term prospects/potential as a government service provider. Realizing I likely missed a great opportunity to enter during March sell-offs (when PAE hit $3.10...), but giving PAEWW some attention lately and curious to hear others opinions. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe I saw that warrants (PAEWW) are exercisable through 2/10/2025 at a strike of $11.50 with current price per warrant of ~$2.30. Interesting to see if PAE can get their book:Bill, EBITDA %, revenue growth, FCF, EPS, etc. in line over the next ~5 years to match (or even come close) the likes of government services providers SAIC ($89), CACI ($260), Ledios ($105) Booz ($80). It appears their current share structure is very similar to above companies.

A bunch of recent contract awards (Since late April) bodes well for PAE’s book:Bill for Q2 and potentially 2020. Likewise, management seems extremely optimistic about expanding backlog and pipeline exponentially through 2024-beyond. Another COVID wave/fear induced sell-off could obviously pull the price lower, but financials are at least somewhat shielded by funded defense budgets/DoD support.

    Interesting DCF valuation here: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/investors-undervaluing-pae-incorporated-nasdaq-140626397.html

Curious to hear opinions of others. GLTA.

I started following "lionstockalerts" (Gooogle it - off course without any space or dash in between the words) and their notifications are better than anyone else.
