At what price is this stock a buy? Or would you wait on the sidelines and see where the price of oil goes?

Anyone know why the volume so high yesterday? Morningstar briefly had PDS at 4 stars when it hit $2.60.

Picked up 100 shares yesterday at 2.61 to average down. Now my break-even with cost of sale is 2.89 on 300 shares. Small steps make good gains over time.

@Julia - No thanks. Don't need spambots telling me how to make the same mistakes. I am good enough at that on my own...

And as expected, I bought in at 3, which immediately prompts the market to dump... (sigh) when will I learn.

Toronto, July 20, 2017 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") affirmed Precision Drilling Corporation's (Precision) B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR), B2-PD Probability of Default Rating, B3 senior unsecured notes rating and SGL-2 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating. Moody's also changed Precision's outlook to stable from negative.

"Precision's change in outlook reflects improved credit metrics in 2017 driven by increasing drilling activity," said Paresh Chari, Moody's AVP-Analyst. "EBITDA in 2017 and 2018 will remain steady due to better pricing and utilization that offsets high margin contracts that are rolling off."

Either moving towards failure as a company or one of the best investments out there. This glut of oil is raising havoc with a lot of drilling and service companies but some will survive better than others. I won't sell my shares at this price but it is painful to watch.

These articles about the low cost of oil got their facts wrong. Over the last 100 years the inflation adjusted cost of a gallon of gasoline was $2.64 a gallon. Across from my house its $2.65 a gallon today. So this is just average. I will buy when a barrel of oil is below $40
