Unfortunately the pressure is still on the exit side. But perhaps fortunately if you are looking for a bargain. It's been a relentless drift lower. Not a peep since the last CC from the company. Thought things were gonna start getting awarded later in Q2 and Q3 but maybe I missed something there? Small smattering of insider purchases, but hard to make much of that similar to the daily volume on the stock. That last CC really signaled an inflection point, but the market is not interested. Feels like everyone who is long feels long enough already.

Way I see it, stock has little daily volume. So, you can't get "institutional" size selling.
Which doesn't mean some big holders aren't
selling. Call them what you will. Still, we've also gained investors. Hard to get an up to date tally.

Some decent news and strong financial results would end all this needless speculation. If we had news and financials it would also help get this company sold. I just voted in upcoming shareholder meeting an voter Dr. Lou off the board Just a protest vote but right now all you can do

Aimless, newsless drifting is the worst thing. We need some real, concrete, positive news like startup of phase 2 of TBI.

    $4.91 today, yikes!

Unbelievably, the stock is within striking distance of the March 2020 COVID low around $4.25 per share. Are things really that bad? There is some support below that at $3.50 per share. Is that the price that could finally compel institutional interest? At today's low the stock was one again trading pro-forma for the 1-for-5 reverse split years ago under $1.00 per share. It's as if investors feel the company has been hypothetically hit by COVID, Sequestration, and a near lethal acquisition of SEHC (and its bad legacy contracts) simultaneously. They actually survived all those challenges--but you would not know it from the share price. The market treats it as uninvestable at any price and contrary to any positive guidance. It's just weird. $4.91 today at the low on a chunk volume exit. That's pricing in viability.

I think they should change the stock symbol to either YAWN or YOYO.

Looks like a high volume day. Amazingly, yahoo shows no volume at all for yesterday. Never seen that before. It.must have been something that Dr. Lou ate.

    Another positive factor?
As a former metal electroplater and waste generator, my waste was obviously a function of volume.
In recent years, China has take a large part of that volume so US generated waste has decreased.
For the past 18 months COVID has shut down many Chinese metal mfg processing factories and ocean transport has increased by more than 10X which has forced US companies to return to it's former suppliers at home.
This should lead to increasing volumes of US waste and hopefully more business for PESI

I'm encouraged by the volume. Almost 30K shares traded and the price not collapsing like many others.
Lets all sing a chorus of "Someday My Prince Will Come."

The market is signaling that the stock is worth 20x's TTM earnings. $5.50 is it's standalone value (and that's a premium). IMHO: this stock should be a a maximum P/E of 15 (12 would be a technical "buy" signal).

Seeking Alpha is pumping the stock again, here's some of what they mentioned plus a link to the full article.
    Summary
PESI management recently indicated the business is heating up, with an unprecedented number of bids in March 2022.
Several reports and public comments related to the potentially lucrative Hanford site clean-up indicate momentum building for PESI’s solution to win out.
The company’s stated backlog alone leads to 40%+ growth in their Services Segment, before even factoring in possible new wins throughout the year.
International expansion, MATOC contracts, and US Navy submarine de-commissioning all represent material growth opportunities for PESI.
If all of these opportunities work out for the company, shareholders could see massive returns, to the tune of 600%+ over the next three years.
    Conclusion
I understand it seems impossible, at first glance, to envision a waste management and services company going from FY21 revenue of $72M to FY24 revenue of $285M. However, my assumptions and estimates are clearly explained and based on publicly available data that supports them. There are obviously many ways PESI and its investors can succeed that is somewhere between $5.50/share and the $40/share possibility I mention by 2024.

Another dump on close---22 cents per share down to $5.48 on less than 100 shares. The EOD manipulation continues. Q1 CC scheduled for May 5. Guessing it's the last ugly quarter.

Day range at the open..5.63--5.63 volume 1, who would sell 1 share at 5.63 and who would buy one share, what's the point .

Today will be a good test of Robo's theory that the stock gets beaten back down the final 15 minutes or so. PESI is up about 3% on 13K shares which is pretty good for it. Let's see how it trades this last half hour.

This stock reminds me of the prizefighter who always fights on the under card.
One day he takes a terrific beating. Broken nose, blackes, swollen face, missing teeth, etc.
He collcts his $20 and leaves through the rear. In the alley there's dice game in progress.
He sits down and in one roll he loses his $20.
His only comment is, "Well, easy come, easy go."
