Raymond James (RJF), one of the only middle-market investment banks to offer a dedicated practice advising corporate clients on investor activism, and Holland & Knight, a Tampa-based law firm, next week are hosting a mock proxy sparring session, an interactive panel discussion where local public company executives and CEOs can learn how to beat activist investors to the punch.
