Wayne infomercial company completes 2 'transformative' deals

ICTV Brands, a direct response marketing and branding company, completed two acquisitions this week. In the first deal, the Wayne company acquired a large chunk of assets from PhotoMedex of Horsham — led by its no!no! brand of hair removal devices — for a total purchase price valued at up to $9.5 million. The three brands, previously marketed by PhotoMedex's Radiancy business unit, generated sales of about $41.6 million for the 12-month period ending Sept. 30, 2016.
