this is quite possibly one of the least volatile ETFs you'll come across. over the course of a yeah the price swings no more than a couple dollars. hope whatever this ETF hold it has some nice and low P/E stocks that make up it's portfolio.

You guys are dreaming about Bitcoin. The main reason BTC rose so quickly is people were stuck inside from pandemic, buying online and btc looked good. The same folks are out and about in the sun using the net less and less. It's logic. Only day traders will make money

I think Lithium is where it's at, that until at least until all the wealthy buy the backordered gas free autos.

I saw a Ford truck advertisement yesterday. They were bragging that in small letters (the truck could power your house for 3 days if you used power conservation. The real joke that people don't see is Ford says their charger only put out 85 amps.

Heck I've got a ten year old car charger that puts out 50 amps. That's a joke

Like I told my buddy. Something like a few thousand changing stations have been installed U.S. wide. Well guess what, if you light weight car is near empty. I.e. it's barely got enough electric backup to reach a top speed of 5 mph to get into the nearest charge station, well it will take a full 30 minutes for a fill up.

These electric cars will go down in history as a fad.

Especially when I saw the Ford truck of the future advertised.

This is not some new earth shattering technology. Yes they have increased the typical cell phone lithium battery to last longer but that's not from extra scientific knowledge, it's because the newer CPUs pull far less power and run cooler than ever before.

Ok back to the Tesla taking 30 minutes to charge at a gasstation. Many Americans think they will save a ton on fuel bill. You'll die when you get your first electric bill when you hook your charger home charger to your car.

Yes, it will be clean fuel as long as nuclear is powering the amps watts and volts down the line.

Imagine if it takes 30 minutes at certified charging station, likely a lone charger away from fuel pumps. No one will allow you to tie up a gas/electric pump 30 minutes.

My point is if the Ford truck ultilizes an 85 amp charger it's likely pulling pulling 100+ amps from the fuse box of your house. Your central air pulls about 20 amps. Imagine your bill with a truck charging. Also when charging from home they will use 120 volts which by law gives 15 amps max. 240 volts gives 30 amps max, unless special heavy duty electric equipment akin to endless hot water heaters will need to be installed to charge in less than 24 hours. Again if the Tesla take 30 minute (a lite car) imagine how long a truck will require a charge. A truck has a 2.5 to or more pay load plus they pull boats and tv trailers. Even an extended range truck lithium pack will not be logical to pull trailers. So lithium will sell great until word gets out how much more the charger adds to the electric bill. Govt will heavily subsidize the electric cars and it will go down in history like a Bitcoin but a few will get rich w lithium stocks
