/ PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX") is pleased to announce that results from Vancouver Petrographics' ("VanPetro") thin section and polished section analyses of rock samples from the Estella Basin support porphyry copper-gold deposit type potential on the Dewdney Trail Property. Deposit potential is also supported by large (5 km diameter) ring features in airborne magnetic data that may define the margins of collapsed plutons at depth.
PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX") is pleased to announce that processing of airborne magnetic data by Expert Geophysics has identified a large donut shaped magnetic anomaly that occurs in an area with peripheral anomalies of copper, gold, silver, molybdenum, arsenic and other metallic elements in soil. Porphyry copper-gold type deposits are known to have donut shaped magnetic geophysical signatures.
PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX") has intersected massive sulphide with anomalous cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni) and silver (Ag) in a quartz-dolomite gangue in metasediments that is possibly similar in style to mineralization at the Black Butte copper-cobalt deposit located to the south in Montana (see Photo-A, & Fig.
PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX") has discovered a locally mineralized diatreme breccia located approximately 500 metres west of the intrusive related gold-silver-copper prospect announced in news release dated Nov. 15, 2022. Part of the breccia margin is flooded with quartz, and locally contains high copper values; three grab samples from the margin of the breccia analyzed 8.79 %, 3.35 %, and 2.01% copper.
Pursuant to the early warning requirements of Canada's National Instrument 62-103 with respect to class A common shares ("common shares") of PJX Resources Inc., Mr. Paul Crossett (the "Offeror") announces that, on January 10, 2023, by way of market acquisition, the Offeror acquired direct ownership of 25,000 common shares of PJX Resources Inc. PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX" or "the Company") (TSXV:PJX) is pleased to announce that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Company intends to extend the expiry date of 4,574,131 share purchase warrants, (the "Warrants") by 12 months to December 17, 2023. The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on December 27, 2019.
PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that gold, copper, and silver mineralization with values up to 15.59 g/t gold, 1.108 % copper, or 721 g/t silver occur in rock grab samples of variably altered and veined syenitic/alkalic intrusives. This initial set of analyses to be received from prospecting and mapping this summer are from the Estella Basin area of the Trail Property. Additional analyses are pending.
PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Company intends to extend the expiry dates of 9,350,400 share purchase warrants, (the "Warrants") by 12 months to October 5, 2023. The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement announced on September 21, 2020 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on October 6, 2020.
PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX") is pleased to announce that 3-dimensional modelling of airborne geophysical survey data has identified a strongly conductive MobileMT (MT) anomaly with a coincident magnetic (mag) signature that could be related to massive sulphide mineralization.
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 9, 2022 / PJX Resources Inc. ("PJX") is pleased to announce that 3- Dimensional (3D) inversion and interpretation of airborne magnetic (mag) and MobileMT data by Expert Geophysics has identified a potential large Porphyry Gold-Copper ("PGC") Target on PJX Resources' Zinger Property in the Sullivan Mining District, Cranbrook, British Columbia.
