The new CEO has been making changes that will get this bank back on track. The market is already noticing and could be back at the $14/15 level in the near future. Very nice opportunity.....

I've been long PNBK since May 1 and it's up a healthy 6%. Regional banks tend to be conservativly run, under valued, and steady growers. Any thoughts?

Small market cap. Expensive to manage.
