The Five on Fox, reported the FBI received a record number of background checks on Black Friday. Americans realize the only thing between them and the savages is the right to bear arms.

OK. All of us long believers are disappointed with the recent stock action. POWW is very small and institutions can easily drive stock prices. Soon, increases production and integration of gunbroker will fuel great growth. Eventually, Wall Street will take notice. Patience is a virtue!!!

    Support the 2nd Amendment!!!!

Deer hunters are having some problems in finding ammo in West Virginia. After searching several gun stores, one hunter commented that he just happened to be in the right store at the right time to get his ammo.

What Rev Shark is Saying on Earnings:

POWW had revenue growth of over 400%, and EPS growth was 375%, both of which were better than expected. In addition, the company raised guidance going forward. Despite the good news, the opening gap was sold hard. I suspect this was due in part to high expectations for a blowout report combined with a short attack than triggered stops. The severe selling scares out folks and feeds on itself. I believe shorts will cover, and more patient buyers will take advantage of the action. I added shares this morning into the weakness.

The short term price is totally unpredictable, but here is something that is very likely.

Assuming sales levels are similar for the next 2 quarters, the Trailing Twelve Month EPS will
increase from about 23 cents to about 40 cents. And assuming the 2Q2022 results are announced in mid-May, this stock should about double by Memorial Day.

NOW, keep in mind my estimates do not include the results of the new factory, so there is a good chance it will more than double by next summer.

55% of the common are held by insiders and institutions. Insiders face a storm if they traded on the earnings news. Am convinced this action today was done by institutions wanting to drive out the retail investor. Or a proxy sell for a possible suitor of AMMO who would want it cheaper. Know what you own and look to the future. This company is on a growth trajectory. Don"t let them run you out of the stock.

at 258 million in back orders,,, probably higher.... when the new plant opens up that will take 2 quarters plus to erase since the new plant will triple production.... If they can keep the supply chain full.... being able to fill orders without delays will draw more orders....

Regarding the Preferred Dividend. I contacted Investor Relations to get an explanation as to the wide discrepancy between the 1st and recently declared 2nd dividend:

"The preferred dividend announced today will essentially bring the amount of dividends paid in line with the total accrued. The first dividend payment in September only covered accruals from the offer date in late May through the end of June. The upcoming dividend relates to the period from 7/1 through immediately before the December payment date. Going forward – for payments after the upcoming dividend – you should expect to see amounts relatively consistent from quarter to quarter and equating to approximately one-fourth of the annual amount, which would be in line with your thinking of around $0.546875 per share."

Add, Add, Add to during this position on the pullback. POWW is not woke enough for some institutions but profit will always bring them back. POWW is a cash cow and the only pure ammo play. Ammo sales carry OLN & VSTO, not chemical or golf equipment sales revenue. Government & Commercial sales improving every quarter and book value is probably undervalued at $3. Remember, VSTO paid for the Remington acquisition in 12 months with Remington ammo revenue.

Here's my "guesstimate" for Monday's report:

Revenues: $ 55.5 million (Co. previously said $55 million)
    Diluted EPS: $.15
    Backlog: $ 278 million
    Gross Margins: 52%
    Operating Margins: 33%

Will be interested to see if they give any preliminary Revenue guidance for this quarter. If so, $60 - 65 million, since Santa will be stuffing a few socks with products purchased through GB and lots of ammo. HoHOHO....

What you are witnessing is deep pockets controlling the stock price of a company. Very sad when this company growth is over 400% per year. I pray another deep pocket will come scoop up all their shorted cheap shares and get the last laugh!

POWW is a small company with a high demand product. Hedge funds can drop a 2 million shares on the market and make the stock drop quickly. Yet, the hedge funds cannot change the fact that product demand is not going away.
