Tired about this stock, it’s just moving aside for months now, and beside dividends it seems like is going nowhere…

Don't understand todays pullback. Report sounded and looks good too me. This stock resembles MFC ( manulife). Yrs and yrs of zero share appreciation.

Good deal at $36 CDN. At this price point, you get 7% dividend, paid monthly.

Now the power of the DRIP really shines. A monthly dividend combined with a with a dollar cost averaging DRIP really helps a shareholder hang on and even look at the bright side of these downturns.

As a long term owner of PBA, one thing that concerns me is all the optimism for the company's future, with little disagreement, displayed on this board. No "wall of worry" here. Company has completed many large cap-ex projects in the last five years but the stock price is about the same (adjusted for Canadian dollar) As American stockholders, we are up against not only the fossil fuel haters but also the weak Loonie and the overly generous dividend.
Buying the dips is better than buying the highs. But why are there so many dips to buy?

Anyone feel PPL should be $40+ at the very least? Pull back, I think, was a bit overdone?

I have added 434 shares today after a positive quarterly review from Valuline analysts. Decent third-quarter results, and the company should make significant operational improvements over the long haul. $1.7B in capital expansion projects into service over next few quarters. Moreover they could benefit from the proposed Cedar LNG facility if approved. Increased demand for LNG will only increase going forward, leading to higher volumes, improved throughput, to allow for greater scale economies. Ranked low for timeliness ($46 in 18mo), the stock holds ample 3-5 year appreciation potential with an excellent dividend well covered by cash flows. Overall, a solid choice for long-term investors. Lastly, ex-dividend date is tomorrow, so buy your shares today in order to receive the December payout of $0.21 per share.

huge news out today, and likely tied to CEO resignation -------
Pembina Pipeline (PBA) has decided "not to move forward" with the development of its Jordan Cove liquefied natural gas export terminal in Oregon after failure to get the necessary state permits, the company said in a federal filing.

Why are pipeline companies so cheap. I don't recall ever seeing a premium for paying for their stock, unlike a tech stock.
Is there not enough long-term confidence out there for pipeline stocks?
I want to "buy" monthly income, and PPL seems to fit the bill, but the stock price, similar to Enbridge and TC, seem to be in the dumps

I should have sold at $43 and bought back at this level. Would buy more if I had more money! Never let a crisis go to waste. Will be $50 this time next year

This gets the nod from Christine Poole. Looks like I may have to add more at these bargain prices! I love buying on a dip.

Share buyback should be replaced with DIVIDEND TO shareholders...provides false increase in earnings per share...as a shareholder I want dividends not a boost for management

I have been adding to my shares at every dip. As the result Pembina is my biggest holding now.
