(PRKR) ("ParkerVision"), a developer and marketer of technologies and products for wireless applications, announced today that the German Federal Patent Court in Munich ("German Court") ruled in a nullity case filed by Qualcomm that ParkerVision German transmitter patent 1 206 831 ("the '831 Patent") is invalid. A final written decision from the German Court is expected in several weeks. ParkerVision has the option to appeal the German Court's decision to the German Supreme Court.
