they treat their employees like #$%$ and then can't even deliver on earnings. This is turning into a very low class company Outsourcing to India harassing employees low morale equals a low stock price especially when high-paid management can't even deliver and come close to an earnings expectation.. An activist needs to get get involved shake up the management team that's in there and they need to be fired.
Down big when everyone else in the sector is killing it. Management will need to explain themselves on this one.

Any guess as to when and the ratio of the split announced last year? I don't think ive even encountered a company that announced a split than nothing....There's got to be more at play here then what I am aware of so any comments or a link would be appreciated.
Pru is projected to earn over 10 dollars. With interest rate rising, the EPS should further increase.
The PRU rich get richer while they stress out the worker that does most of the heavy lifting. Sending middle class jobs to India, getting rid of employees that are under the old pension plan. Now hiring kids that only have 401k. Also hiring contractors in place of Pru employees. These kids have no medical, no vacation days, no benefits. This was once a company that took care of it's employees, no longer the case. it's all about profits, the c-level exexutives get huge packages and the erosion of the common worker is here. Imagine going to work being afraid to make an error? Here's a message to you PRU, people make errors, your high level employees make errors, that's evident when you report earnings. Your employees are no longer loyal to you because your not loyal to them. Karma!

they look for any reason to fire people they are getting rid of all the old time employees who are under the retirement system so they don't have to pay the new children coming in any retirement package only 401k. They treat their employees like children they micromanage them then they put people in positions that they're not even qualified for nor do they train their employees correctly. I could go on and on about a story of a stellar employee that Prudential essentially ruined number one by offshoring good paying middle class jobs and number two by providing zero training and having high expectations which cause health problems to a relative of mine. it's the same old one percenters if you're an executive good luck if you're just a regular worker Prudential does not care about you
