Its the underwriters who are manipulating it. Network 1 underwrote it. They underwrite these shell companies then pump them up. They all get delisted eventually within a year or so. They box the stock and try and control the float and drive it up. Seen it a bunch of times. Get short and stay short it. The best case scenario would be if the SEC halted it for more info and it reopened on the pink sheets for like 50 cents a share.
