DALLAS (AP) _ CyrusOne Inc. (CONE) on Wednesday reported a key measure of profitability in its first quarter. The results topped Wall Street expectations. The Dallas-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $89.3 million, or 82 cents per share, in the period.

CyrusOne shares were down nearly 4%, or $2.01 a share, at $50.86 on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
