Back in 2011 the stock went from around $1.15 to $8.00. Anyone recall what reason?

Frank where are you. Do you still think that we are all shorts trying to manipulate the stock. Over 20 percent sales increase, large loss, still having margin problems and burning money. Sounds pretty close to what many were saying. Why would you think someone was shorting this between .15 and .20. Since it is a real company and has the ability to dilute more at least in the near future there is almost but not quite as much risk as reward in a short on this. On the other hand, it does not cost anything to watch and see if they can get out of their own way over the next few quarters. Heck if you want to play with pennies there was an over 30 percent increase over the 2 weeks going into the report and the initial spike was a week before the announcement of the new product launch.

I'm at Whole Foods now buying some extra spicy. Reddit chatter says it's going to have a HUGE spike like GameStop I'm going to keep buying more because there shelf space is so Valuable. And the shorts are at a point where they are going to be Naked forcing a SQUEEZE.

I read his bio and he's super smart I'm sure he will especially with Cracker Barrel and companies like Blooming Brand's, BJ'S chain restaurants,Texas Roadhouse etc. If I go to Cracker Barrel why would I want anything but a Reed's all natural soda with my meal.👍🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

And why are we not talking about their new Ginger Mule beer I just got at Bevmo liquor store. The best tasting sugar carb free beer ever created, and it's spicy and the ginger prevents stomach issues if you drink too much. This is a home run, Reed's Ginger Mule Beer Genius!!! The best tasting beer I've ever had👍

He filed an SEC 4 disclosure form. He owns over 40 thousand shares and 10 percent of the company. They just got a big contract with Cracker Barrel restaurants that's like being in McDonald's and serving it constantly on the menu. Tall Candles🤑

Management had frank discussion on future of company . There will be an annual meeting moved up from normal time in late December. Licenses for new Alcohol product licensed in 46 states 4 to follow . Product distribution in each state no national distributor. Revenue up to $65 million next 2 yrs . . So I am going to hold shares as I have and see if management delivers.

May 11th company raises 11.25 million dollars. June 30 company has 280k in cash left on hand. Ouch. 4.5 million quarterly loss. On the bright side due to the seasonality of the product they should not need to raise money again until the fourth quarter or first quarter at the latest. They have run the inventory that they are keeping at bottlers up to 24 million, if they have the right mix off product some cash should start coming in for that. They are projecting 30 percent margins for the year, not sure how they will get there with low 20s in the first half of the year, will have to break above the margins before inflation /logistic problems and break past the mid 30s. As stated, even with over 20 percent sales increase margin and management costs mean that they are still burning money. Would not be surprised if these guys do a few more cash raises and if they can get the sales high enough to stop bleeding money hit a reverse split and try and grow the company from that point. Will need almost 3 years of 20 percent growth to reach a cash flow positive point.

Looking for a healthy growth in sales in the second quarter based on a slight increase in distribution and backfilling inventory they probably were unable to fill as they were running out of money in the first quarter. Loss will still be substantial, relief in gas did not start until July and still has not really hit diesel. As I posted right before the first quarter numbers came out, even a 20 percent increase in sales is not really going to help the cash flow situation that much and they will still be bleeding cash. Then again calling the Virgil diet soda's KETO, might save the day, hahahahahaha, maybe not. That just shows the marketing guys have too much time on their hand and the company does not have the wherewithal to expand product line to grow product. They have been increasing distribution for the 2 ginger ale 4packs but that is about it. If they want to expand into wider distribution, there is always sparkling water and flavored 0 calorie drinks like Celsius, energy drink launches would be too expensive with the likely slotting fees needed to get placement. Very funny, I am 1 exit from the home office on the highway and they are very good at improving placement of their product everywhere but Trader Joe's and WFM which do not let rack jobbers into their stores. Too bad they do not have the resources to support the product this way nationwide.

Partnering with a bigger bottler is the only way that Reed's is going to keep up with the demand. Look out once the Reed's energy drinks hit the market. Watch out Monster!!!

It looks like they have the spiked Gingerale market all to themselves. I found one other but there using Splenda in all of there products. Reed's sugar free technology is all natural and proprietary and way better than Splenda. They should be able to run the boards with there products.
