Reeds appears to be transitioning from 6 packs to 4 packs of cans with a KETO label. Should help margins if they are able to get customers to buy the new product at a higher per can cost. Moving to ale from the brew has probably lowered the cost point on those items also. Doing some promotion as the ale is being promoted at TFM for 2 4 packs for 7. Still has too high a cost structure for current revenue and even if revenue growth continues at over 20 percent, they will likely have to raise money within 6 to 9 months.

Any information on how Reed went from $1 to about $9 in 2012? What occurred?

REEDs still listed as Non-Compliant with NASDAQ.

    What happens next?

Btw, why has REEDs stop posting press releases on the website? Stopped in January. What does that mean? Probably just can't afford to pay for PR? Is this an indicator of a un-healthy company?

They would not be spending money on a new product rollout if there were any problems. And the new regulations on Naked Shorting and shorting are going to kick in and cause a SQUEEZE, soon before anything.

There ROCE score shows an upward swing and positive growth. It should be a huge Q3 especially with Cracker Barrel and fountain drink opportunities.

Investor meeting in a couple of weeks should be the final nail. It’s over. Maybe they’ll put some hemorrhoid cream on that shelf space lil Frankie deems so “valuable”! He’s gonna need it

I think the only people getting "squeezed" are anyone that has gambled on this turd.
Shelf space, taste, duration in biz, etc. all seem like they should matter... but they absolutely do not with the proven terrible performance and YoY & QoQ losses.
The losers on this are "investors" as the re-org is inevitable, purchase for pennies, golden parachutes, etc.

A marginal "improvement" on losses is a possibility. Unless it is a certainty, which there is no reason to believe such, then everyone (one person) can stop the RahRah cheering and just sit back and watch this stock disappear.

Btw, check the sugar content on the swing lids.

Trolls happen. To people that visit this board hoping to find helpful insight… just ignore the trolls. Read the numbers, news, and overall sentiment of the group here.
A recognizable brand and shelf space means nothing to shareholders if the company losses money consistently.
    Trolls should go elsewhere.

Anyone have an honest estimate if Reed got bought what the price would be?

Back in 2011 the stock went from around $1.15 to $8.00. Anyone recall what reason?

Frank, you should learn English, proper grammar, and the names of our markets before spamming this board.
First, use "they're entrenched". Second, just say "insiders" not "insider's". Third, "big soda brands want their". Fourth, there is no such thing as "Sprouts Trader Joe's". And again, "their".
    Speculation is a gamble.
I've seen REEDs at all market for years, and they have never made any money. It seems that you want to believe something so bad that you'll justify the poor performance of the company. Stop deceiving yourself and trying to create a false narrative of an "inevitable" REEDs stock price increase based solely on optimism.
