This company has discovered how to crush it with employees working from home. They're eliminating brick & mortar overhead and relying on more innovative methods like remote document signing etc. Folks buying & selling homes still want the confidence that Pros bring in properly guiding them through a timely & legally tidy process.

Realogy is way undervalued. Some of its holdings include Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, ERA, Sotheby's International Realty and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. It owns and operates residential real estate brokerage business in the United States under the Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, Sotheby's International Realty, ZipRealty and Citi Habitats brand names.
    The comeback will be historic.

RLGY is heavily indebted. It has $3.6 B in debt. While its capitalization is $1,6 B. That is very negative ratio. Debt expense on $3.6 B at 5% rate = $180,000,000 annually. its debt payment = 11.25% of its capitalization. They should cut the dividend and start paying its debt. Moreover, they have to compete with Zillow and Redfin. they need the website. Wherein people could buy and sell. In the age of Technology, agents will not work for 60/40 split. Unless company will generate legitimate leads.

Morningstar has this valued at around $11/share. Trading way below its value. It owns many well known real estate brands such as Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Sothebys. It's parts are worth more than the whole. Prime takeover target. Despite the debt it spins off a lot of cash on an edible basis and has an annual positive return. It also pays a dividend quarterly. Probably at the bottom now. They also have a new partnership with Amazon that should improve results

Any dips from here I will be adding. I hesitated earlier on the earnings day because of the volatility and I don't like to buy or sell on that day unless something catastrophic happens.
Realogy is looking good for the future.

What can cause this stock to increase: fed lowers its rates and a solid earnings report.

So basically if RLGY sells a home after closing the house is upgraded to an Amazon smart home?
This benefits Amazon how does it benefit RLGY?

Waiting for share appreciation is so much easier when receiving a generous 6.5% divi. I believe it will continue.
This stock could be a real winner. I have a heavy position in AMZN where I have made a fortune. I like this combination and started a position in RLGY today below $6 a share. Anything associated with AMZN I like!

Stock breaking out off its low on June 28th. This could have a lot of upside from here. Great stock if bought in the $4 and $5 range where I initiated and added to position. Massively sold off in the last year; way oversold in that time frame. That's why
    I bought in.

Stock closed Friday right at its June 28th closing high representing close to a 4 month high. If it can break through Friday's high look for further gains as it will initiate a 'break-out'.
