Edward W. Turville, CFA, serves as the Managing Partner, Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer of eal Estate Management Services Group since 1997. Mr. Turville has been Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Management Services Group, LLC since its inception in May 2002. Mr. Turville has managed in real estate and REIT investments over the past 12 years and conducted research related to publicly traded real estate securities since 1970. As a partner at Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Company (“DGHM”), Mr. Turville managed DGHM’s public real estate investments and created the DGHM REMS REIT product in 1997, serving as its portfolio manager from 1997 to 2000. From May 2000 to May 2002, Mr. Turville served as BIC’s Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of the REMS REIT product. Mr. Turville earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Rice University and an M.S. in Accounting from Rice University.
