For any investors here that may be interested. I live in Florida so I will be scouting RWBs assets here in florida as they develop and will provide info and pics. I did the same with liberty Health Sciences and Truelieve. I may go take my first look sometime in May.

I’m generally quite critical of RWB, but I must admit the grow pod move was smart to decrease FL ramp. The lone Acreage dispensary is currently doing about 3.2 mil annually and obviously they will want to maintain supply. With the Pharmaco and IL delays, it sounds like it could be the only dispensary they actually “own” versus being one of their “investees.” Definitely going to be interesting these next couple months with the potential closings of at least one of these transactions and financials end of the month. Fudefinitely wouldn’t discount the impact of their share unlock end of May. More than 100 million shares come free trading and will be the first time early insiders and founders will be able to secure a return. Expect near term froth.

I have to ask why do you think Michigan's numbers are ramping up? I guess seeing Ohio,Indiana and Illinois plates in the parking lots in Michigan does speak louder than words! Dare to compare go price out products in other states. If you think two hundred stores here carrying P.V. and fifty carrying H.T. aren't moving across are border think again. An Flex after a year of bashing why you here? I think after they start posting earnings they should make SSO stand for Super Smart Operator that way it don't offend you so much. I still stand hard on the fact that distribution is Key the structure statement that will make the impact.

Its Good - "Under the revised agreements, the consideration will be unchanged" consideration is the agreement between the two parties - RWB buying Pharmco.

This company can not cost 0,6 x projected earnings. Where is the catch?

CEO Brad Rogers "Coming off a record month for sales at RWB’s Platinum Vape unit, which saw run-rate revenues double that from when we signed the acquisition deal less than 8 months ago, we’re now just hitting our stride and really just getting started in the 4 States that they’re in. Platinum’s CBD unit is also performing exceptionally well with new products and promotions launching almost monthly. "

"Like everyone else, we're most excited to finalize our pending deals in Michigan, Illinois, and Florida. These three States will be the engine of the RWB locomotive for the remainder of the year. "
