The stable outlook has also been withdrawn.RATINGS RATIONALEMoody's has decided to withdraw the ratings because of a corporate reorganization at innogy. Please refer to the Moody's Investors Service Policy for Withdrawal of Credit Ratings, available on its website, www.moodys.com.Substantially all of the debt previously issued by innogy and rated by Moody's now benefits from E.ON SE (E.ON, Baa2 stable) as debtor or guarantor following a liability management exercise completed in November 2020.
