Q4 2019 Rexel SA Earnings Call
Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today affirmed the ratings of Rexel SA (Rexel or the company), a France-based electrical equipment distributor, including the Ba2 corporate family rating (CFR), the Ba2-PD probability of default rating (PDR), the Ba3 ratings on the senior unsecured notes, and the Not Prime (NP) commercial paper rating. "However, Rexel will be weakly positioned within the Ba2 rating given our expectation that the company's revenue and EBITDA will be unlikely to recover to the level of 2019 by 2021 and the company's still high leverage despite some reduction in gross debt" adds Mr Kang.
