After researching the history of great assets such as real estate, dividend-paying stocks, gold, oil, crypto and other commodities, I've come to a conclusion that most excellent assets never come down to the price you want to acquire them at. Simply get the ones you can afford right now and invest on

Thoma Bravo buys broken out of favor companies, drains their cash flows and then flips them for a big profit. Lots of rich partners there. They are sneaky in that they say they will be investing heavily in acquired company but never do. Out for quick buck. Good for them, but expect a house cleaning first.

SailPoint initiated with a Sell at Citi  01/24 $SAIL Citi analyst Fatima Boolani initiated coverage of SailPoint with a Sell rating and $35 price target. The analyst said the rating is predicated on the view that SailPoint's scope of "pure play" share gains in governance and administration risks is receding, as governance-like functionalities fracture away into adjacent cybersecurity disciplines with the adoption of "Zero Trust" architectures, and enterprises take a harder look at streamlining their identity security platforms.
