    NEW YORK, Dec. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Schultze Special Purpose Acquisition Corp. (SAMAU) (the "Company"), today announced that it has completed its initial public offering of 13,000,000 units. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant, each warrant exercisable to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. The units were sold at $10.00 per unit, generating gross proceeds of $130,000,000 to the Company.
