“On August 4, 2021, the Company completed the purchase of a two-building office complex in Austin, Texas, which will serve as its new corporate headquarters. This property is intended to accommodate the Company’s anticipated significant growth and expansion of its operations in the coming years. Company management expects to be hands-off with regards to property management. Maintenance, physical facilities, leasing, property management and other key responsibilities around property ownership will all be assumed by professional real-estate managers under long-term contract with the Company. The property purchase price was $21.9 million, exclusive of closing costs, funded with cash on hand.”
Something tells me the early earnings plus the building purchase means the “announcement” Remi mentioned is imminent. What a time to be a SAVA shareholder
The new property is huge news and besides accommodating our company's expected expansion and growth it has rental space that is currently occupied in the very trendy and marketable Austin, TX area. Omg, it just keeps getting better. We picked the right stock!

SAVA's upfront cash payment from a partnership deal could EXCEED......SAVA's current market cap if the deal involves exclusivity and next month's readout again shows cognitive improvements from month 9 to month 12.........Shorts are swimming in very dangerous waters.
Any half way serious biotech investor knows the limitations of an open label study. We get it, we need a phase 3. It’s coming. HOWEVER, the benefit of an open label is that the sponsor gets a real time look at the data. Ask yourself why SAVA would be talking about hypergrowth and buying new buildings and talking about a coming major announcement regarding funding of the data was bad. Extinction level event coming for shorts
Although I'd prefer that SAVA does not become a meme stock, the possibility exists. Low float, increased short interest, etc. I truly believe the hit piece drove this down, and now the smart money is accumulating. Why? Because biotech analysts and others knowledgeable in the Alzheimers field recognize Cassava as the one hope for patients. My point? Do not sell your shares. I bought Moderna at $150 awhile back and sold just over $200, and thought I was a hero with a $50 profit. I'm not leaving any money on the table with SAVA. Good luck to all longs.
I’ve had the rugged pulled out a time two like we all have. I wasn’t convinced that a shelf wasn’t coming after the run up to $140, and I have voiced that. They have proven that they are listening to their shareholders collectively, reassuring that the cash burn is adequate. I applaud their transparency.

i've been with SAVA since ptie, looking for a better opioid that resists abuse and addiction. lost some good friends to oxycontin's addictive nature. remoxy seemed to be the answer for non-addictive effective pain management. unfortunately, the fda was corrupted by oxycontin and remoxy had no chance as the fda was being criticized for allowing oxycontin to be sold without controls.
now that remi seems to have enough cash and data to bring simufilam to market to help and save millions of alzheimer's sufferers, i am hoping he can do the same for people facing painful medical procedures or suffering from chronic excruciating pain by revisiting marketing remoxy.

I know most of you don’t need the advice of an old man. But making it in investing is liken knowing good wine. You can invest in all the CBD, thc injected fruit juice companies to make a buck, even destroy the mental vision of the future with magic mushroom spiniatA, but you will never know the feeling of being part of something that saves reality like sava offers for those that can know no difference. Oh also partnership. And we are starting phase 3 soon. Lots of potential catalysts. Unfortunately we will have to wait. Which is the bio way. Without a buyout this companies stock can move much higher
